I found the experience friendly, approachable staff, put me at ease at all timer, in a non-intimidating environment.
Suggested improvements
I was advised to bring dressing gown and slippers etc (on a leaflet { }) these were not necessary.

The pain clinic, Dr. Oshody and staff are very good I could not do for better.

I feel I was well looked after considering I wasn’t put a ward for an overnight stay. Staff were good.

The staff have treated well very especially flipped nurse Jacqueline. Everybody was helped to you. Absolutely wonderful staff.
